Meet the Team: The People Behind Greencastle Digital

At Greencastle Digital, it’s the people who make the difference. They turn big ideas into real products, solve complex problems and shape the future of iGaming and sports betting technology.

But there's more to a person than their job title. What do they like to get up to in their free time outside of work? What do they enjoy most about their role? And what makes Greencastle Digital such a great place to be?

First up, meet Slavisa Radicevic, Development Centre Manager at our digital delivery centre in Belgrade, Serbia. He shares what excites him about his role, his advice for new team members, and how he spends his time outside of work.

What excites you most about working at Greencastle Digital?

What excites me most is the opportunity to build something from the ground up. Being part of a small, close-knit team means that every idea and contribution matters. I also love that we prioritize quality over quantity—we have the time to do things right, which is rare in this industry.

What would be one piece of advice you would give to someone who is thinking about applying for a position at Greencastle Digital?

Be ready to embrace a collaborative and innovative environment. We’re a small team, so everyone’s input is valued, and you’ll have the chance to make a real impact. Also, if you’re looking for a place that respects work-life balance, this is it!

How would you describe Greencastle Digital in three words?

Innovative. Supportive. Balanced.

What is your favourite part of the company culture at Greencastle Digital?

Focus on doing things right, rather than quick. I also very much respect the way our employees are being treated.

What’s one thing about the iGaming and sports betting industry that most people don’t know?

Most people don’t realise how much legacy technology still powers the industry. While we’re working on cutting-edge solutions, we also must navigate and modernize older systems, which is both challenging and rewarding.

When you’re not at work, what’s your go-to hobby?

I enjoy spending time with my daughter the most. I like watching sports (Premier League football or EuroLeague basketball mostly) or playing some strategy video games when I have time.

When you’re not at work, what’s your go-to hobby?
Going to the gym. It’s more than just a fitness routine - it’s how I reset and keep my energy up. Physical health directly impacts mental performance, especially in a field like ours. A good workout helps me stay focused, reduce stress, and feel more balanced overall.

If you could have dinner with any historical figure, who would it be and why?
Novak Djokovic. He might not be from centuries past, but his impact on sports and mindset makes him historically significant to me. His discipline, mental toughness, and constant drive for self-improvement are incredibly inspiring.

There’s a lot about his approach that mirrors the mindset of a great engineer - adaptability, focus under pressure, and continuous learning. I’d love to hear how he pushes through challenges and stays at the top of his game.
